The Role As an Experienced IT Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for driving revenue by placing candidates into roles with our clients. You will be building relationships with clients, meeting them regularly to understand their recruitment needs and updating them on progress. You will also be sourcing candidates using a variety of techniques including headhunting, networking, advertising and referrals. Core Responsibilities Demonstrate consistent performance, sales activity and people engagement Live our values, ethos and standards, and be an ambassador for TEKsystems and Allegis EMEA at all times Learn TEKsystems best recruitment practice and sales methodology Understand and deliver our value proposition to clients to establish enduring and productive partnerships Pro-actively generate and qualify candidates that match requirements from our client base Quickly establish yourself as a role model in terms of performance and attitude and take on leadership responsibilities Build strong internal relationships across sales and support functions and across Allegis brands Encourage feedback – give it, receive it and act upon it Use your knowledge of the industry landscape and competition to compare internal processes, identify opportunities for productive change and contribute to business strategy Skills & Experience We are looking for confident and articulate individuals with the gravitas to speak to important clients, and the hunger for success. YOU MUST HAVE AROUND 3 YEARS EXPERINENCE IN IT RECRUITMENT and be fluent in German. You must be polished and well presented with a professional telephone manner, have a strong work ethic and take pride in everything you do.
