What’s the role?We need a senior Customer Success Manager to work with our largest enterprise accounts. You’ll have free reign to provide customer success and strategically plan how to maximise revenue through deep consultation with key decision makers.
What will you be doing?You will be THE point of contact for our top enterprise accounts.Acting as the VoC (Voice of the Customer).Creatively thinking of ways to maximise revenue.Working consultatively to ensure customers are happy with our solution.
Experience needed to apply 5+ years in a related post-sales capacity (TAM or Customer Success).Technical background (MINIMUM able to read / troubleshoot code).Worked with APM / DevOps solutions.Must be commercially minded with a technical skillset.Start-up / early-stage experience.
