Job Description : Business Manager
At Adobe Central, we’ve experienced a wonderful period of growth in our Digital Experience business as the direct result of increased efficiency and productivity. To continue this trajectory, we’re searching for a highly qualified strategically thinking and executing Business Manager to work closely with our Director of Enterprise Sales, his management team and the various matrix management leaders. The ideal candidate exemplifies someone who loves to go the unbeaten path, work in an environment of ambiguity and has at the same time the desire to deliver results and improve processes. From day one, the Business Manager will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments and enabling our matrix organization to collaborate in the best possible fashion. The ideal candidate will have proven experience, both from a business, as well as from a consulting and program management perspective, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration and execution.
Objectives of this Role
Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the Director of Sales Digital Experience and senior leadership Assist and communicate with business leaders in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation and see those activities successfully thru Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, collaboration, find knowledge, skill, performance and efficiency gaps and help address them Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity Own, operate and help to “Cadence” of the business and ensure follow up of agreed upon actions
