La Société adidas recherche un (e) Manager HR – Morocco

Le poste est basé à Casablanca, Casablanca-Settat, Maroc

Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization

Promotes and implements Global Corporate HR values by planning and managing human resources programs to position adidas as the employer of choice in Levant. To support the people management functions that underpins the business culture; the broad areas include: employee relations, compensation and benefits, reward, career path, communications and performance management. To lead and direct the HR team to enable them deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.

Key Responsibilities
To contribute to an inspiring working environment, strong performance culture and elevate adidas to become employer of choice. To lead all recruitment requirements / talent acquisition of all M & P level positions in the location jointly with the GM and the respective department managers, To implement & execute proper administration of payroll and employees’ contracts. To inform the organization about the available HR tools & programs and encourages using them. To successfully build up an employee relation management and stand as a competent and accepted contact partner. To execute all documents in regards to terminations e.g. letters, end of service payments. To assume full responsibility for assigned ownership/s. To measure progress on own KPIs. To develop the functional and competency skills of direct reports on and off the job. To manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives, targets and guidelines. To ensure smooth cooperation of all direct reports along all interfaces. Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement Performance management: Supporting managers on performance management issues and processes Learning and development: Providing support to talent team on development for managers and their teams. Recruitment and retention: managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns Reward advice and supporting employees on company benefits Policy and procedures implementation of HR policies, procedures and processes. Continuous update of Company Internal Rules as per Local or Global amendments and ensure that company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law. Monitor that the code of conduct is respected by the staff.

eNPS Successful handling of team development programs Implementation support for regional and global initiatives Talent Acquisition cost / successful external search Talent succession planning, Internal vs. external to fill replacements. Execution of training requirements

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
University degree or MBA in business ideally with HR focus Functional > 4-5 years of relevant experience as HR Manager. Industry: FMCG, sport goods or global player Leadership: > 3 years Exposure: Legal, ideally labor law.
