La Société SiB Resourcing Ltd recherche un (e) Junior Solutions Sales Executive

Le poste est basé à Zurich, Switzerland

A global business whose end-to-end services combine business and innovation strategy, experience design, technology consulting and best-in-class software engineering to deliver results on a global scale, requires Junior Solutions Sales Executives to join their expanding European sales team. As a recent graduate with a Computer Science or similar Technology based degree, you will have a keen interest in the latest technologies and a desire to succeed in a consultative sales role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMake opening calls and meetings via Lead generation activitiesWin new clients (LOGOS) that delivers the Sales Revenue TargetsHave regular interaction with KEY CLIENTS and store this interaction in CRMBuilds and maintains a pipeline of new business opportunities across industriesOversee preparation of business’ value propositions, sales plans, RFPs/RFQs/ RFIsPrepare Basic SOW’sAdequately brief the Council on main legal business issues for MSAs negotiations.Record all client facing activities in CRM, clearly and punctuallyBe involved in pricing strategies, cost estimates and contract negotiationsCoordinate with Marketing on external sales related events and attend trade shows.Coach sales representatives on technical aspects of the organization’s products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEDynamic and full of energyPrevious sales experience is a benefitExpected to have a strong interest in software development processes.Expected to work independently and manage day-to-day activities of the relevant sales force in order to implement the organization’s overall sales strategy.Able work independently and has desire to become a senior sales personPossess excellent negotiation and people skills.Expected to have abilities to quickly learnClear and good communicator, who is able to maintain good working relationship with various shareholders and work in a fast-paced environment, with strict timescales.
