About this role
An exciting opportunity has opened for the role of HR Representative (as a Training and Professional Development Assistant) in Infomineo’s HR Team. The HR Representative focuses primarily on coordinating the day-to-day running of the training and professional development admin tasks. This is a great opportunity for a junior individual who has an interest in contributing to the daily administration of learning, training and of the employee professional development.
What you will do? Key job requirements will be your ability toBe the first of point of contacts for all enquiries about training scheduling and career committee sessionsAssist with creating training courses schedule (onboarding and ongoing training) and any other admin tasks to support the professional development departmentOrganize and coordinate with other team members training events and performance evaluation meetingsEnsure effective logistics before and during the training implementationPrepare the material, documents and tools (Zoom, hangout, webinar etc.) needed for each eventSchedule face to face training and online courses sessions, and Career Committee meetingsLiaise with trainers (internal or external) and participants to provide support before, during, and after the learning coursesCollect post training surveys for onboarding and ongoing training sessions and share the results of each trainer with their PDCs and the head of professional developmentReminder the trainers/trainees with upcoming training sessions and track trainees’ attendance (attending live session or self-learning coursesProvide support on filing, organizing and archiving training and performance management materialAssist with the onboarding agenda to choose the right trainers, welcoming new hires, communicating the assigned Professional Development Coach, Buddy, and teamCollect the personality assessment profiles from new and existing team members, and share it with the Head of Professional Development, and the assigned PDCs and buddiesCommunicate promotions and salary changes based on performance evaluation
Who you are?
Background & linguistic skills:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or MarketingFluent in English and other languages are plus (French or Arabic)At least 1 year experience as an Admin Assistant, preferably in HR department
Competencies:Excellent Communication and interpersonal skillsStrong client service skillsExcellent Organization skills and good attention to detailsAbility to work under pressure, to multi-task and prioritizeSolution oriented and able to think out of the boxAbility to work as part of diverse team and adapt her or his style to different audienceSelf- Motivated, flexible, very proactive and take her or his own initiativeOpen to seek and receive constructive feedback
