La Société Bruker recherche un (e) HR Project Manager

Le poste est basé à Ettlingen, DE


Working across many fields and sectors, the HR project managers ensure that human resources programs support the long-term goals of the HR team .

The HR Project Manager will play an integral role in overseeing and executing delivery of HR project activity associated with major business change programmes. Reporting to the HR Director and working closely with the HR Managers and HR Business Partner team, the role will blend both knowledge of HR process and best practice with a clear understanding of the project management discipline.


Establish project portfolio management process for all BBIO HR Projects Responsible for the project management and delivery of the HR work streams resulting from the project portfolio Devising andowning the HR Project plan and ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholder Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the organisation including tracking and reporting on status , risks , issues and dependencies. Devises and manages a regular project reporting mechanism for the HR team and relevant business leaders Support restructuring / reorganization projects Work closely with the HR Director, the Country HR Managers and the HR Business Partner to ensure the smooth delivery of key HR projects and in-depth analysis and extensive understanding of the main issues. Interact with Group Excellence on a regular basis to ensure that best practices adopted by Group Excellence are incorporated and that Group Excellence is aware of HR project portfolio Support BBIO Group Functions in key projects by representing the HR work stream(s) Organize the communication to publicise progress in the projects and actively encourage effective implementation of the project Be an ambassador for the function and represent HR internally and externally


Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or a related field Around ten years of experience Open-minded and creative personality Flexibility and initiative Persistent and empathetic Excellent communication skills: verbal; written; presentational Display behaviours and values at all times that are consistent with those of the organization Numerate and accurate with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data Ability to work under pressure to demanding project timescales Practical understanding and experience in key HR process and practice Proven background in managing projects with a keen understanding of the project management discipline and best practice Demonstrable experience of generating solutions to cultural change issues and problems in complex organisations Analytical, conceptional and troubleshooting skills Experience in interpreting concepts and clearly presenting back in Powerpoint or report format MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) on an advanced level Able to prioritise own and, potentially, other’s workloads to ensure project timescales and deliverables are met Proactive, efficient working style Fluent in German and English
