Poste proposé : Customer service agents who can speak fluently (Khaleegy or Shami)

MARKETING CALL CENTER is pleased to offer an opportunity to join our dedicated call center team as an Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls.

The representatives of a call center answer and dial out calls. Their responsibility is to respond to incoming calls from the customers to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organization’s products or services. Also, agents are responsible for making outbound calls to set appointments or gather data.

Duties and Responsibilities at MCC

  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Khaleeji & English
  • Open availability: Monday through Saturday
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar
  • Good sales, computer and multi-tasking skillsAble to guarantee customer satisfaction.
